Taster sessions
You can join free Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) sessions online with Elle or Claire via the Self-Compassion Academy.
Have you wondered what all the hype about mindfulness and self-compassion is about and what this practice may offer you?
These taster sessions are 45 minutes long and offer a great introduction if you want to find out more. They are suitable for everyone and delivered in a friendly and accessible way. No special equipment is needed, just yourself and a curious mind!
Elle and Claire lead these sessions alongside other experienced Mindful Self-Compassion teachers who all trained with Chris Germer (co-founder of the MSC course). You can view the dates of their sessions by visiting the Self-Compassion Academy's website here.
