We would usually recommend learning about mindfulness by taking a course with others. The combined learning of the group can be a great support in learning about mindfulness and developing our own practice.
Through being with others in this way we may also discover the universal patterns that can contribute to stress and anxiety, and thus can also support us in developing compassion for ourselves and others.
We however recognise that sometimes this may be difficult for you for a range of reasons, and so we do offer tailored one to one sessions.
The content of these sessions we will agree together and can include the elements of the 8 week course, or a shorter adapted version of this.
