These one day retreats are for anyone who has completed an 8 week mindfulness course, with us or elsewhere, and is looking to experience another retreat day to support their on- going practice.
This day may also be suitable for anyone who has a regular mindfulness meditation practice, and who wishes to engage in a day of sustained silent practise.
The retreat day is an opportunity to support and deepen your practice with all meditations guided throughout. We will be exploring a range of practices including the body scan, sitting meditations and gentle mindful movement. The day will be held in a nurturing and safe environment, mainly in silence, but with opportunities to share and reflect at the beginning and the end of the day.
If you are just starting out on a mindfulness journey we would recommend attending an 8 week course or one of our taster sessions. Please do get in touch if you are not sure if this would be suitable for you.
Hot drinks and biscuits are provided but please bring your own lunch for your nourishment.
